Developing Inner Agility for Rising GMs—A 6 month Journey

With a global Agile transformation of the entire organization underway, it was mission critical for rising leaders to become familiar with the mindset of leadership agility. Not only to enable better alignment across the organization, but to ensure that future leaders are able to lead in the new ways that will define the organization in years to come.

Audience:

30 rising GMs across 15 countries in the APAC region.

Challenge

Design an original journey of inner transformation around leadership as a whole that will prepare rising leaders to be able to lead in the currently-transforming Agile organization—virtually, during a pandemic!

TILT Interventions

Working with the limitations of virtual transformative learning, our team created an immersive six-month journey that included live arts experiences, personal coaching, small group mastermind sessions, and perspective-shifting shared experiences. 

Outcomes

Leader feedback rated the program above 85% on all measures of practical value, relevance, insight, engagement, and impact both  mid-way and at the conclusion of the program. In leaders’ words:
